How to Boost Your LinkedIn Headline Score

Have you ever tested your LinkedIn headline to see how it scores using an analyzer for overall score, engagement, and impressions? You can also boost your LinkedIn headline score.

All it takes is time and willingness to potentially go down rabbit holes while you create the right set of keywords of what you do and a descriptor of your personal brand that will generate a vivid image. The goal is to make it memorable.

There are several headline analyzers available, but the one I have been using for LinkedIn headlines is Sharethrough, which you can reach at https://headlines.sharethrough.com/.

Type in your current headline and then tweak away. You can have up to 220 characters in your headline.

Here is one example I am making up (i.e., it is not from any of my clients).

If you do not remember the person’s name or the company they work for, you will undoubtedly remember the visual of hot buttery popcorn. You can even do a Boolean search to find this person on LinkedIn with this memorable and vivid image descriptor.
