We will tackle the steps to work through those emotions so you are ready for your job search. We will end with an exercise to build our self-confidence, determine ways to take care of ourselves, and decide what to focus on. She is known for collaborating with leaders to develop strategies leading to the creation, promotion, and delivery of leadership, team, and talent development solutions to achieve business objectives.
She possesses impactful leadership, influencing, facilitation, and innovation skills essential to building relationships and motivating others. Amy is passionate about creating an interactive and engaging environment that supports learning and growth.
Amy is currently consulting, providing learning and development services and executive/career coaching. Before that, Amy was the Global Learning & Development Manager at Quaker Houghton in Conshohocken, PA, leading learning and development globally for over 4000 employees. Previously, she was the Manager of Education & Development at Main Line Health in Radnor, PA, leading learning and development for over 12,000 employees.
Amy is a recurring speaker at the ATD International Conference, and she has conducted several webinars for ATD National. Amy is the co-leader of the ATD Philadelphia Career Management SIG. She also speaks to various professional associations and networking groups on a variety of topics. She serves as a Steering Team Member for My Career Transitions. She is the creator and chief facilitator of a workshop, Jump Start Your Job Search, which is offered twice/year for those in job transition.
