We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with these Terms of Use, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any third party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and waive any claim against us. 

Right to Monitor and Terminate Use

Although Great Careers Groups has no obligation to monitor any user conduct on the Services, Great Careers Groups reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to monitor any user conduct on the Services at any time and for any reason without notice.

Great Careers Groups reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your ability to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Services. Any use of the Services in violation of the Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services. The Terms remain in effect even if your account is terminated.

 User Created Hyperlinks to Services

Great Careers Groups grants users a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Services for noncommercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Great Careers Groups or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use a Great Careers Groups logo or other proprietary graphic of Great Careers Groups to link to the Services without the express written permission of Great Careers Groups. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Great Careers Groups trademark, logo or other proprietary information, including the images found at the Services, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page on the Services without Great Careers Groups’ express written consent. Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Great Careers Groups or any third party.

Great Careers Groups makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of third-party websites linking to the Services. Such sites are not under the ownership or control of Great Careers Groups and Great Careers Groups is not responsible for the contents of, or any review, changes or updates to such sites. Existence of a link to the Services does not imply affiliation, endorsement or adoption by Great Careers Groups of the linking site or any information contained therein.

No Use by Minors

The Services are intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. If you voluntarily provide your email in response to an offer or contest, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing director@greatcareersphl.org.

Indemnification

We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third party users of our website. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Although Great Careers Groups is headquartered in King of Prussia, Montgomery County Pennsylvania, USA, the Services can be accessed by visitors from most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Pennsylvania, by accessing the Services, you agree that Pennsylvania law will govern, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, for all matters relating to the use of the Services.

Furthermore, any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Montgomery County Pennsylvania, USA. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. 

 Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Great Careers Groups of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Great Careers Groups to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.
