DESCRIPTION:The one area most people don’t talk about\, or even acknowledge\, is the emotional rollercoaster we go through when we lose our jobs and while we conduct a job search. Wewill tackle those emotions head-on in this interactive presentation. \nWe will tackle the steps to work through those emotions so you are ready for your job search. We will end with an exercise to build our self-confidence\, determine ways to take care of ourselves\, and decide what to focus on.
