Tammy is a career services practitioner, Certified Professional Résumé Writer, and career coach with over a decade of combined experience delivering impact across Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development.
As a trusted resume writing expert, she serves on the PARWCC grading committee and has been contracted with Randstad RiseSmart for three consecutive years.
She is also the owner of ResumeSmith LLC, a boutique resume-writing service. Here, she has crafted resumes for clients spanning diverse industries, demonstrating her versatility and expertise in the field.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tammy remains a passionate advocate for the arts. She regularly explores exhibits and participates in weekend art crawls throughout Charlotte and New York City. She also captures whimsical abstract strokes on terracotta plant pots, rekindling her love for creativity and inspiration.
