Beatrice builds revenue systems for companies that have outgrown their current growth model. Her work sits at the intersection of three disciplines — capital markets, media, and enterprise technology — and she’s spent 20+ years deploying each one to generate measurable results.
She started as an institutional stockbroker in New York (Series 7, Series 63), where she learned to use money as a lever — not just a goal. She then spent a decade in tech publishing with Reed Elsevier, Thomson, and Penton
Media, ultimately as Publisher of Builder/Architect magazine, advising on AEC-sector revenue strategy using editorial, PR, and advertising as a lever. When the 2008 market collapse eliminated traditional ad budgets, clients asked her to deliver results without them. That’s when she became a consultant — and never looked back.
Today, she works with organizations across the full scale spectrum — from Apple, AWS, and Microsoft to Silicon Valley startups, where she runs incubators and accelerators. Her practice centers on one question: what
does growth actually look like for your sector in the next 5–10 years? Beatrice maps the optimistic trajectory, stress-tests the downside scenarios, and architects the GTM and revenue strategy that moves a company
from where it is to where it intends to be in the next 1–3 years.

Her leadership approach is direct, ethically grounded, and built on accountability — she architects GTM, revenue, and ESG strategies that fuse P&L ownership with a modern understanding of
how power and influence actually move inside organizations.
Beatrice brings deep board-level experience and guides executives and boards through the organizational shifts that real scaling requires — from traditional command structures to the kind of consensual, high-trust leadership that retains talent and sustains growth in the AI-forward era.
