Questions to Ask Hiring Managers and How to Spot the Great Ones

Too many times we go into interviews thinking the hiring manager has the upper hand. Although they do to a large degree, you can slightly level the playing field by asking them questions – from easy to hard. Learn about the job search. continuum and where you might fall on it. It will make a significant difference in the tenacity with which you ask pointed questions.

Please join Career Coach and Resume Writer, Ed Samuel from SamNova, Inc. (www.samnovainc.com) as he discusses ways to detect “early warning signs” that the potential hiring manager may not be a good fit for you.
