Leadership Lunch Table 4-Part Series

Bring your lunch and join us for a 4 x 1-hour interactive lunchtime discussion groups to help you navigate the anxiety and self-doubt that often accompanies Leadership roles! Here, we’ll learn, practice, connect, and grow in a safe, supportive, and confidential community so you can prove to yourself once and for all that no, there wasn’t a mistake in hiring you for this role and yes, you really do “got this”!

In this group, you will:

  • Foster synergistic connections with other rising leaders who are navigating a shared journey
  • Leverage the power of outsight as you garner various perspectives from other Leaders
  • Receive accountability support to take risks you’ve been avoiding
  • Celebrate successes with your peers (who really do understand the meaning of “Small Wins”
  • Sow the seeds of sustainable Confidence that will fuel your Leadership path
  • Learn how to reset and reclaim your confidence when you get hijacked by anxiety and self-doubt
  • Enhance your Leadership effectiveness
  • Establish credibility so you can truly fulfill the definition of “Leader”: one whom others willingly follow

The nature of this group does require a commitment to actively participate in all sessions with the camera on. AI transcribers and notetakers interfere with confidentiality and will not be admitted.
