There are many obstacles that stand in the way of getting your resume the attention you believe it deserves.
But there are 3 major obstacles that always stand in your way:
1. The average resume only gets 6-10 seconds of read time so you need to quickly grab interest, demonstrate your value & make yourself memorable.
2. Any attractive advertised position is getting between 100-200 respondents who all think they’ll the ideal candidate for the job.
3. The Applicant Tracking System is typically eliminating 70% of all the resumes because of insufficient keyword or key phrase matches.
So, the competition’s pretty stiff and your 1, 2, or 3-page document had better be able to draw some immediate attention. During this webinar I’ll be sharing a few ideas on how to raise your credibility to get you more interviews.
