As the creator of Talents ASCEND®, Robyn pioneered the use of AI-powered, skills-based talent matching—technology that still powers the workforce connections behind the scenes. With a unique, deep human perspective, she understands the antiquated processes, the stigma, and, most importantly, the potential in people that is too often overlooked.
