Kate McKinnon is the Founder & Chief People Officer of Kate McKinnon HR Solutions, LLC, a boutique consulting practice that helps organizations build thriving cultures, develop leaders, and strengthen their HR strategies.
Previously the Head of HR at Playfly Sports, Kate now works extensively with the sports and entertainment industry and also coaches individuals in transition – including former athletes moving into the workforce following their athletic careers and graduates entering the workforce for the first time.
Her upcoming book explores how to bridge the gap between new graduates and the executives who lead them, offering practical insights for both.
Kate is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, and helping organizations embrace the opportunities of a multigenerational workforce.
