PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION

Over the last two years, we have all experienced the impact of the digital economy, remote work, and the significant advancements in technology in our personal and professional environments.

In the next 3-5 years, we will continue to see a shift in companies and individuals hoping to capitalize on this change and prepare themselves or their organizations for the future to avoid being left behind.
Whether you are an executive, business owner, or employee, these changes will impact you.

To ensure you are prepared, you need to reimagine your current experiences to identify where change is going to take place, understand why the change is needed, and adapt yourself or your organization to be a catalyst for driving change.

Bryan Weinert, an American technologist, and transformational speaker aligns people, processes, and technology to help you navigate.
In this engaging and interactive program, he will dispel the myths around Digital Transformation and provide clear insights into how you can refine your existing skillsets to capitalize on the new opportunities the digital economy will present.

SPEAKER BIO

Bryan Weinert is a creative technologist and transformational speaker that leads with empathy and ease to align people, processes, and technology. He believes innovation is not about technology; it’s about the people.

He currently serves as Partner and COO for Incipient—a leading software development group with the mission of driving efficiency and process automation for their customers by expanding cognitive capabilities via Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. Bryan has a strong passion and ability for helping companies capitalize on digital opportunities by reimagining and defining their business experiences and processes. Bryan continues to raise the bar for businesses worldwide and inspire those around him with his strong curiosity for creative solutions and optimizations.
Bryan shares his real experiences in his podcast Digital Journey Podcast alongside his co-host and guest speakers that are real operators in the business. This platform allows Bryan to speak directly to his audience of executives, owners, and operators, no matter where they are in their digital journey. Bryan empowers and educates his audience on topics such as the power of going digital, why it’s time for a change, transformation success, and failures, and more that ultimately leave listeners inspired.

His journey to Incipient started at a local Panera. Upon returning from a trip from London in 2013, Bryan met with his childhood friend Amit Shah to bring change and a fresh perspective to product and overall software design. Bryan and Amit were the perfect dual combination of creative, detail-oriented, and curious innovators to bring Incipient to life as it transitioned from hardware to software development. Bryan now leads overall operations and spearheads sales and marketing initiatives.

Bryan’s success and spark for life started well before Incipient. He has started multiple businesses (including landscaping and clothing), broke a company sales record as an intern, was an Eagle Scout at 17, completed multiple international study programs while attending SUNY Oswego, traveled to 20+ countries (with a goal of 50 by 2025), and has been featured in Inc. Forbes, Huffington Post, Yahoo Finance, podcasts, and local publications.

Bryan is currently based in Rutherford, NJ. He is a golfer, travel enthusiast, and philanthropist—who never turns down a day on the greens, a spontaneous trip, or the opportunity to support local organizations close to his heart.
