This is a highly practical, Q&A driven workshop designed for neurodivergent job seekers. We will discuss strategies and tools to build a more neurodiverse workforce. Job seekers will learn how to find jobs matching their interests, stand out to recruiters, handle sensitivities around disclosure, and navigate executive dysfunction and anxiety.

SPEAKER BIO

Michael is a career coach, human resources consultant, and public speaker. He is the founder and president of Leopold Talent Consulting which helps people find jobs aligned to their strengths, interests, and goals. He speaks publicly and to organizations about career development, the future of work, and neurodiversity in the workplace. Michael has 15+ years of experience as a mental health advocate and public speaker. As a professional with Tourette syndrome and ADHD, he leverages his lived experiences to help organizations hire and retain neurodivergent talent. Michael holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Yale University and a M.S. in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
