LynnEskite-Tant, MS, MSW, LCSW-C
Lynn Eskite-Tant holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master of Social Work (both from the University of Maryland) and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland. While pursuing her MSW, Lynn’s clinical sub-specialty was Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Her social work experience includes college mental health counseling, inpatient social work, and private practice psychotherapy.
Prior to becoming a counselor, Lynn worked for over ten years as a technical recruiter at a staffing agency and sees your search through the lens of Human Resources & staffing professionals. She understands what it’s like on the inside, sorting through hundreds of resumes, cover letters, and profiles to find the right candidate & can help you stand out from the crowd! She knows the value of LinkedIn & how it can be used to your advantage. As a certified job coach & mental health counselor, Lynn appreciates how overwhelming the job search can be & provide guidance, support &encouragement through the process.
Lynn works as an EAP consultant providing health &wellness webinars to large organizations. She also volunteers as a career coach for Baltimore Job Hunters Support Group, a Baltimore-based non-profit, where she provides workshops to support programming for their clients.
