Lauren Kennedy is a girl mom, entrepreneur, learning & leadership strategist, and animal rescuer. She believes everyone deserves a great leader, a company that values their voice, recognizes their work, and helps them reach goals inside and outside of work.
Her background as an entrepreneur and over 15 years of sales, leadership, and developing others has shaped the belief that the employee journey is one that starts with vision and purpose. Using a personal trainer approach to development, Lauren creates customized experiences that enable leaders to create hope for the future, empower people, and foster environments where psychological safety is the norm. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership, holds certificates by ATD in Leadership Development Programming & Coaching, and is also an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner. She is currently in the process of completing a program to obtain her Executive Coaching Certification as well. When she’s not working you can find her spending time with her girls, working out, reading, or walking her dogs.
