In this meeting, Erlinda Pysqyli will present and share her experience and stories about coming to the US from Albania, returning to university, and then landing a job as a recruiter. You’ll learn about her approach to job search and she will share what she has learned as a recruiter.
You will also hear from other professionals and others like you who are at different career stages and have networking opportunities.

David has over thirty years of experience as a human resources leader in global IT companies, business process outsourcing, and a nonprofit health agency. Leveraging his experience of working with people, he helps organizations by providing consulting and leadership coaching. His passion is career coaching through Insight Career Coaching, volunteering, and now running the Career Support for Professional Immigrants group.
Erlinda Pysqyli is a recruiter at Prestige Home Care Agency. Erlinda believes that people are the greatest assets in a company. As a Recruiter, she matches qualified individuals with specific open nursing and other healthcare positions. Erlinda holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State and a Master’s in career counseling. She loves working with people and helping them reach their full potential.
